Hello all - another DWP Estate claim

Hi All new member here, I found the forum while researching DWP claims from estates and having found a lot of useful info I decided to register as the site is brilliant.

I am currently trying to deal with a parents estate as sole executor, it was all going well with probate granted and preparing to sell the house and then out of the blue I received a DWP letter about a claim from the estate, all extra worry that I could do without.

I am currently looking for some guidance on how to deal with DWP so I may well be asking a question about this soon although I have some other relevant threads to read which may end up answering my questions
