I had a pre sentance report done for going in front of the mads today, when i went in the probation talked about something i had not been charged with and never talked about what i was charged with. i told him that i wasnt charged with that and he told me that i was and if i didn't cooperate i would be going to prison. i didn't question this as i though well i must have been charged if he says as he read the paper work on me. after the report the recomendation he give was a good one but and heres the but, he has made the report on a none exsisting charge my solicitor was also confused by this. he also put in things that i had said which i know i didn't say to him. the case has been passed to crown cos of this now and i feel this hole thing has been rushed and miss infomation giving to the juge. what do i do ? do i bring this to my barristers attention when i have a meeting with them ? is there any thing i can do ? i am so confused by this.
