Welcome. Put a post in the parking forum. Is it a private oarking company or council?

post up a redacted copy of the PCN, but leave dates. As it is lease then a very good chance of fighting this but not with the copy sent by the lease company, you wait for your own copy, with your name on it. Do not intimate who could have been driving.
