Welcome Finance / Coast Finance Charges on property

I'm hoping someone may be able to give some advise?

i took out a secured loan with welcome Finance which was then sold on to Coast Finance in June 2018.

in October 2018 I cleared the balance of the loan with Coast finance.

I have learnt today there are 2 charges on my property from Welcome Finance which Coast Finance know nothing about.

Can anyone point me in a direction or advise how to get these removed?
