Hi, We have been tricked into signing up to the H10 group, they’ve had our details to take monthly payments and our contact details. No collections have been made and now our contract has been passed to an American debt collection agency, 8 payments should have been paid, but they have neglected to contact us until the debt collection agency phoned me. The contract was made in Mexico, so a) is the debt collection agency binding in the uk? b) can we get out of the contract? We’ve looked on the internet and it seems that this company is not agreeing to others that want to use the facilities they’ve signed up for. Thanks
