    Hello All,


    Received a claim - Yes
    Issue Date - 07/June/2019
    Have you Acknowledged the Claim - Yes, through MCOL.
    Total Amount Claimed : £240
    Claimant’s Name: Parking control Management, Slough, SL12XF
    Solicitors Firm - Gladstone Solicitors Limited, High Legh, WA166AA
    Original Creditor:
    Original Debt - PCN
    Particulars of Claim:
    I have received a PCN in Jan for parking in Private place in Jan'2019, as it was evening time, i couldn't see clearly the sign board. However I have avoided previous PCN claim letters, but received county court claim.
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?): No
    List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ) - Have received PCN claim letters, and discarded them.
    Any Other Information or Background Details: - As i have acknowledged the claim, what next steps to follow?
