    Kapital Active AOE

    Hello All again, I have had a an attachment of earnings from Kapital for a long time now and they take the monthly fee from my wage and i have never had a statement of any kind. How would I get to know my balance or even the agreement or details of the debt ? My employers are currently tracing the letters so i have more information to try organise some form of communication with this outfit. again any help would be greatly appreciated thank you ,

    Good evening All,
    I have now had chance to look into this matter more, It seems This CCJ is now removed from my account according to my credit report, However I have sourced the original document sent to my employers and have the case number how can I trace this down can I contact the courts for more information ?

      I have also Noticed this company is no longer trading under Aktiv Kapital? I have also worked out payments to this organisation which is £3.360 to date since AOY letter , Please help if you can , Thanks LGM
