I am disabled and have a ticket from Contractual Parking for being over 10 mins for Ł70 what can I do

Edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. You are the keeper, use "the driver......" etc.

if this is a shop carpark have you complained to the shop. They are supposed to make extra allowances for disabled under the Equality Act. Not to do so is criminal.
