  • Hi

    Hi guys,

I was hoping someone on here would be able to give me a little bit of advice?

My father has previously taken advice to transfer his pension and invest it privately. To cut a long story short, it looks as though he may have received bad advice and his pension has since lost quite a bit of it's value.

Is there a possible route to take legal action with something like that? Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

    Hi & welcome to LB

Who did your father receive this bad advice from? (A financial adviser, a friend/acquaintance, a solicitor etc)
