    If it were me I'd SAR them.
    If that doesn't disclose a CPA, I reckon they could be exposed to a data breach claim.

      Sounds excellent but I am afraid I don't know what any of that means!!??? Apart from the data breach ? I will research it and see if I can work it out.

        SAR = Subject Access Request (Data Protection Act 2018/GPDR)
        CPA = continuous payment authority

          How do I go about these processes? Is there a link I can look at or are you able to explain to me how to do it please?

            This should reveal whether a CPA has been signed by you.
            You could also contact your bank.
