Hospital Parking
Hi, I made a mistake (genuine) and put the wrong amount of money in the parking machine as I left the hospital. I thought 2 hours would cover then realised later that I was actually parked for nearer to 3 hours. The difference in payment would have been an extra £1. I now have a charge notice for £50, reduced to £25 if paid within 14 days.
i am in a quandary, do I pay or is there a chance I could have the charge cancelled if I write and explain. I doubt it but wondered if anyone else has had this experience. Would really appreciate advice.
