  • Premier park Branscombe pcn

I parked at Branscombe beach car park on 10th May. I paid cash for a ticket but I have just received a pcn from Premier Park stating that the "whole period of parking was not paid for".
I did return approx 17 mins late to the car because my 72 year old sister had a health issue that delayed us. Is it worth spending time contesting this charge? It is £100 reduced to £60 if I pay quickly. Ouch!

Is sister entitled to be considered disabled, or does she have a blue badge?

Edit so that the identity of the driver is not apparent. Use "the driver ....." etc. Post up the Notice to keeper that was received. Redacted.
