N180 Directions questionnaire (Small Claims Track)
Hi Guys,
I have defended the claim. Lowell Solicitors ltd have not provided me the copy of the agreement/contract and the account statement.
Few weeks back, I have received a copy of filled N180 Directions questionnaire from Lowell Solicitor ltd which they submit to Northampton County Court business centre (CCBC).
But I have not received the N180 Directions questionnaire form from Northampton county court business centre.
My questions is, do I have to wait from CCBC to send me the N180 form or shall I download and send it to them (CCBC)?
Please need your wise advice.
