Thank you for prompting, What happens if someone misses directions, i.e. filing evidence/report/statements 14 days before the court due to sickness?

Can I send Court bundle/files through email to claimant as well as court?

It's very easy for me to pay the claimant, a rogue utility company and their debt collectors but I'm standing against their malpractice to stop them conning law abiding citizens.

You can send the items to the court and claimant but the court may not accept so give a covering letter, with proof, explaining the sickness and ask for the courts indulgence in accepting the documents. Then pray.
