Hi. I'm looking to find out as to if my Employer is able to take training/ course fees from my final wage upon leaving?
I am currently paid weekly, and my last working day with my company will be Friday 17th May.
My fees that need to be repaid will be in excess of my next two due pays.
So I will now receive no further wages which should of been payable on the 17 th and the 24th May.
So are they able to take the entire amount or should I be able to make a payment plan with them?
