    Hi there
    Is this your original posting?https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...otice-from-cpp
    >Hi, I have recently received a PCN for parking in a hospital car park that employs ANPR. When I tried to make payment the machine would not recognise my reg no, I tried twice but it would not recognise so I simply left. Should I appeal or simply pay sixty quid?<

Afraid it seems to have been missed

Can you post up a copy of the PCN, redacted but leaving in all dates etc

    Meanwhile ostell charitynjw

Have you tried PALS at the hospital?
      They can intervene.
Meanwhile, as des8 has suggested, post up a copy of the PCN. (Redacted, front & rear, but leave all times & dates visible.)
& pics of site signage if possible.
