Will stealing show on DBS if police were just contacted by phone?

Sadly and embarrassingly I already have 3 conditional discharge on my DBS over the last 30 years for shop lifting ( all at supermarkets)
I Got caught Again recently stealing box of Tea bag and security took me to back office to fill in forms / check ID etc. Then they phoned police to report the incident. Will this how on DBS?

A standard DBS check will search for cautions, convictions, warnings, and reprimands only.
An Enhanced DBS check includes a section where the police can add other relevant information that they feel is important. Your local police force might decide that it's in your employer's interest to know about an arrest.

I was not arrested as such ( police did not come to the shop to take me away)
would it still go down on DBS as additional information?
