Doe's my grandson have to pay parking notice charge to excel for parking on feethams car park he as appealed to them and ias but has been refused or can he go further about this he bought a ticket to park and displayed it but he did not put all of hes reg in he only put the fist letter in and he received a parking notice by post a few weeks later or can they claim a breach of contract which they have done.
