My son has been receiving letters from Lowell's regarding a Vodafone contract. I've now got involved (my son isn't in a good place right now), having had 2/3 conversations with them over the phone. My son has now received 3 letters from them all issued within a day of each other. I am now confused with the content and would really appreciate some help and guidance with how to resolve the issue. Since my first contact with them, I have looked them up online and now understand they have probably bought a debt from Vodafone and are now chasing my son for payment. They have not provided any written evidence of it and my requests for same have been met with 'what difference will it make'.
If anyone can point me in the right direction with how to communicate further with these people, I'd really appreciate it.
