  • PCN appeal and popla denied, now court action.

    Hi there
long story short, got PCN for not putting FULL Reg into machine, still have tickets to show proof of payment, and stayed less than paid for. Appealed to car park owners, no response, appealed to Parking company, declined offered cheaper fine!! Applied to Popla declined, now year after fine threatening letter to pay £170 or go to court. Can we win, so angry, as honest mistake, and on our daughters wedding day too. Braunton, Exeter Rd Car park.
original letter said no payment made for time parked, now saying different. Have all letters and tickets as proof.
    thank you

    Hi AngryBird, welcome to LB.

Could you post up pics of both notice to driver (windscreen PCN) & postal notice to keeper?
Front & rear, redact personal info but leave all times & dates visible.

Don't suppose you took a pic of the parking site sign?
