    Hello all !

    Just a quick one I think/hope. When defending a case and you receive a Directions Questionnaire and instructions to return the completed form back to the court and serve the other side, what happens if you don't serve the other side (i.e. send a copy to the other side).

    In my case I sent mine back to the court and also a copy to the other side but I haven't received theirs. The deadline expired several weeks ago. Can I gain in any way from this? And can I get their Directions form without telephoning the court ? (a nightmare).

    And in general if I'm asked to "file and serve" something do I lose anything by only filing with the court and not the other side (as they have done) ?
