Hi, I'm after some advice regarding a parking fine for not displaying a permit. BW legal have contacted me regarding a parking permit fine on behalf of their client Premier Park, however what i want to know is who would Premier Park be working on behalf of, is it the management company or landowner? The fine is for not displaying a permit (which i had in the vehicle) in private residential car park nearly 4 years ago, however the management company has since dissolved their company and it is now managed by a different management and parking company. Does this make a difference to my case in anyway?
