Hello - New Member - Letter of Claim before action by bwlegal

Hi there and thankyou for this forum. I have received a letter of claim before action from bwlegal on behalf of Brittania Parking. I dispute the charge and have appealed with POPLA and been refused. All photographic evidence I sent in they say they did not receive so cannot take it into consideration as part of the appeal. However, it was attached to my original appeal and very clear. They will not look at the evidence and emailed me to say case closed. I wish to continue to dispute this charge, letter of claim arrived today, please direct me to the correct forum who may advise me on my next step? with many thanks
