Missold caravan

I believe I have been missold my static caravan. Also it's on finance with Barclays. Jut realised on finance agreement it states 35ft but on Haven sale of goods for says 36ft. Also serial numbers are different.
can I get out of this finance agreement and Haven.
Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi and welcome

The difference between 35' and 36' could easily be a typographical error, and would not be sufficient to reject the caravan.
It would also be difficult to cancel solely because serial numbers were incorrect...that would not be a misselling matter.

Presumably for some reason you want to cancel this purchase.
You will need to find some reason to show misrepresentation ie it was wrongly described or you were told something which was not true
or there is something wrong with the unit
