Hi everyone ... Just joined. Recently I signed up with Direct Digital, formerly known as Patient Direct amongst other names. Has anyone else signed up with them recently, and like me lived to regret it ? They claim to make adverts for your small business and play them on screens in local surgeries. Sounds great ......at first !!

Lynnzers thread makes harrowing reading. Now that you want to get out of it there would seem to be a large lead time to cancel the contract or it will roll over.

Do as Lynnzer did and visit the surgeries to see if the screen is actually switched on.

Thanks, Ostell. I Managed to get out of the contract during the 14 day cooling off period. One cust service rep said I could and one said I couldn't but I'm out. They refuse to refund my deposit even though they hadn't even uploaded my account so therefore I had cost them nothing. I have found many other people that they have cheated and bullied.
I am going to get in touch with the practice managers of the surgeries as I'm sure they don't know what's actually going on behind the scenes.

Now that's the strangest marketing thing I ever saw in my entire life. Well, I saw something like that earlier, but I never really liked it. People usually just ignore adds they don't look for. That's why in our days people use internet marketing mostly. It's more effective if people think that this is their own choice There is a lot of ways to make your site popular on the internet. For example, I've ordered crowd marketing service and it helped my site to become number one in the local search.
