If it's been set aside then there is no longer a judgment and therefore there is no judgement to allow the bailiffs to operate. You will need to apply to the court.

11,200 and 2000 odd pounds the one for 11,200 I have sent out a small claims court order form as the enforcement officers went up to the company but could not seize any assetts. the 2000 odd pound one went to court and got set aside.

You say enforcement officers - can you tell us who & when.

DCBL it was a couple of months ago as the debtor was there there was not enough assets to seize and he just said take what you want there was only a couple of computers chairs and a table, I have a new small claims court order against the debtor I have to wait till next week.

Well I certainly would never have used them, at best they are inefficient and at wordt - well maybe we shouldn't go there. There is nothing stopping you using another HCEO Co.

Much better to use someone more professional like https://thesheriffsoffice.com/ - DCBL don't have an Authorised HCEO, instead they rent the services of one who happens to live in Florida and has been subject to some damning comments recently.

Oh right cant use The Sheriffs at the moment I owe them money when I get the money I will be paying them and any other judgments will go through them.

In that case don't go to HCE Group as they are the SO parent company. Alternatives could be Andrew Wilson or Marston Group.
