hi, bought a vehicle last year, found it faulty immediately,tried to reject under consumer act 2015 within 30 days. Garage refused. Started small claims. Garage defended claim. About to go to court. Grateful for any advice .

A bit late asking for help if you are about to go to court. Do you mean you are attending trial today or soon?
Did you obtain independent evidence about the fault, because if you reject within the 30 days the onus is on you to prove the fault existed.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need.
