  • Hi

Hi there, just joined the forum on the advice of a colleague. I have an issue that I need to address regarding repossession of my home in 2014. It is only now that I have been well enough to confront this issue. I will look on the main forum and post the full details there.

Actually may as well give some more detail now regarding my home being repossessed. Through illness I could no longer work and keep up with my mortgage repayments to NRAM. Also I had debt that was spiralling so I went into an IVA and was advised to take out an Interim Order at the county court. This occurred on 03-10-14. My home was repossessed on the 13-10-14 and all of my possessions were removed, including valuable personal items which the contractors involved made no list of in their supposed list of items removed from the property.
The Interim Order states no bankruptcy petition relating to myself, may be presented or proceeded with, and no other proceedings and no execution or other legal processes, may be commenced or continue against the debtor or his property except with the leave of the court.

As I have said in my original post it is only now I have been well enough to confront this issue.
    Some advice would be great.
    Thank you.
