i went the court to get a injunction against a neighbour who has harassed me for three years, judge stated
i need to issue a part 8 claim form on the defendant
acknowledgement of service
i left the papers in his letterbox returned and they were ripped up of course he wouldnt sign them
because of this judge has thrown out case and ordered me to pay defendants cost
was the first directions right anyway? looking at the art 8 form it doesnt seem right to use the part 8
