I replied by post from Oz, photo 2, I have since received, their so called evidence. Could you advise me on my next step please. Have you got the original Notice to Keeper. As it's Motability is it your name or Motability that is on the V5?
Do not say or hint at who was driving, I hope it hasn't already been revealed.Comment

The V5 is in their name, I can only get a copy if I go abroad. Plus I’ve said nothing about the driver.Comment
