      She must be guided by her solicitor.
      The solicitor will first speak to the police who will give the solicitor enough information to understand what is alleged, as well as an idea of the evidence for or against . This disclosure is generally only given on the day of the interview

      She will then have a private discussion with the solicitor who will explain the disclosure and take a note of her version of events. They will then advise her about the law, the meaning of the police caution, and her options.

          Hi Gemma, I was reading what happen to your sister, I'm in the same boat but mine was over £200 yesterday the police called me and ask me to come in for a voluntary interview,.
          what happen to ur sister thank you all I could see is they turn up on her little birthday

            K1111 If you require advice please start your own thread.
            In the meantime do not attend that "voluntary" interview without a solicitor.
            If you do not have your own request the police arrange for the duty solicitor to attend with you.
            His services will be free and it is your right to have legal representation
