  • Parking charge

Hi, My hubby received a parking charge for £100 through the post from UKCPS for parking in a disabled bay and not displaying a valid badge.

I have a badge and the car is registered for use for a disabled person, as I use a wheelchair. We had parked in Centertainment Sheffield to watch a movie at Cineworld.

We usually display the badge on the dashboard. I'm sure we did. There's a photo of the back of our car showing our registration number and the disabled road symbol painted below. Advise about appealing please.

Hello again, I've just rang UKCPS to explain that we have a valid blue badge and asked if I could please clear this up by providing my badge number. I even mentioned that the car is registered for use for a disabled person but I was told to appeal, in writing, as they do not accept any information over the phone. Please may I ask for some advise about how to construct a successful appeal letter? Thank you in advance.
