  • Sheriffs court or English court?

    Dear All,

I live in Buckinghamshire Enland and want to take an Ebay seller in Glasgow to the small claims court for non payment of a refund. Should I pursue her through the Scottish system or English system? Also, the seller has ceased communication so how do I source and provide information through the appropriate system beyond an Ebay username?

    Regards

    Matt

    Hi & welcome

Out of interest, did you try the returns/refunds policy via ebay?

    If so, what happened?
