Hi, I have a outstanding debt with Home Retail Group (Argos) which was been bought by Lowells. Despite repeated requests they have failed to let me have full particulars of the amount due (which I think is incorrect) and the copy of the CCA does not (I think) contain all of the prescribed terms required. I have now received a claim form and particulars of claim from the CCMCC and have filed an Acknowledgement of Service and Defence (hope I'm doing the right thing). I think I am right in saying I should now received a DQ for completion? One thing I have noticed is that in the Particulars of Claim the wrong date has been stated for when I entered into the agreement with Argos. What could and should I do about this? Many thanks in advance for any assistance.
