Very long winded works quoted for 20mm ballast membrane steps soil excavation and block removal
works should taken 3 days took 1/1/2 weeks left complete mess and under consumer act 2015 have the right to complain referred my builder .com must have written own reviews left an appalling result more sand than stone
emails back and forth final result told he will fold company and re open another one remedial works need doing but not at my cost he is a nightmare and don’t want anyone else getting ripped off want this taken on board by Dom

You do have rights conferred by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Are you looking for advice on how to proceed?

Was the work carried out by a Limited company?
If so keep an eye on Companies House so you can oppose any winding up application.
If it wasn't a limited company the trader is personally liable.
