    Advice on mazuma mobile

    Hi need advice on who to contact after being ripped off by mazuma mobile i recently sold phone to them worth £115 i sent it on the 12th of feb had a email back on the 26th saying they will deposit £16 into bank so i rung them eventually got through on 27th they said they sent a comfirmation email on the 15th feb for me to accept £16 i never recieves that email and says they will ring me back and they have not and now they not answering i'm still trying to get in contact with them with no joy can someone help pls thx.
