CP Plus Charge Notice - Do I have to Pay ?

Can anyone advise me I have a Charge Notice from CP Plus for overstaying two hours at Medway Services (motorway services)

I had no idea that parking charges incurred on services am I right that as this a private company issuing this Charge Notice should I pay it ??

With a bit of effort you may be able to get out of it. Post up the notice, front and back, redacting identifying details, but leave the dates.
