    Hi I am filling out the N181 form but am struggling with the prescribing protocol part and the directions section Any help would be welcome and appreciated

      Many thanks for the link that has certainly helped. We had a set aside Judgement and instructions from the Judge on the pre-action protocol (ie time limit and when to have the Defence back to Claimant and Court)
      we previously had a without prejudice call with the Claimant in an attempt to get to a settlement but unfortunately without avail
      I am struggling to see what I should put in the Directions Section as we have already served or Defence (as ordered by the Judge) including witness statements and exhibits - any suggestions? - many thanks in advance
