    Hi

Was the PCN via post or attached on site to the vehicle?
Were the entry/departure times via ANPR?

Any chance of you posting up a copy of the PCN/demand letter? (Front & back)
Redact personal info, numberplate etc, but leave all dates visible.

I seem to remember something rather peculiar relating to their PCNs....more like a formal demand letter for payment.
But it's best to wait for a look at what has been sent to you.

& Doug Harris is still involved with them, I believe.

      This from 2011.
A parking firm has been fined more than £26,000 for misleading drivers at a Black Country shopping centre.

The retail park has at least 10 large stores. The ticket was issued via photographic evidence so they claim.
On the day in question I visited Currys/PC World store looking for replacement washing machine and fridge freezer which took quite a while in obtaining the relevant details, I then crossed over to SPC furniture store looking for a sofa bed. Finally at Homebase I purchased garden plants and potting compost. If these stores want our business they should extend the parking limit to 3hours or better still for free as other retail parks in the area do. There is an no return within 2 hours notice and on the drive through on yellow boards in small writing details of the penalty charges, but as you go from store to store these can easily be avoided. What advice if any has anyone got. This company has operated on this car park at least since 2011 as the council filed a court action succsessfully against them then.

See post #2 re posting up your documents.

Have you taken pictures & location of site signs?
Some parking co's claims fail on this.

They are a member of BPA (their Approved Operator Scheme.)

BPA has a Code of Practice, & Para 22.3 reads as follows

          HTML Code:
22.3 If the motorist asks for it, you must make available any photographic evidence you have.
