  • Part Admission Acknowledgment of Service

    Hi all,

I think I may have made a mistake so wondered if anyone would be kind enough to assist?

My business received a county court claim form. I acknowledged service within the 14 days as I intended to file a defence.

As a matter of fact I part admit the claim and then have genuine grounds to defend the rest of the claim. Should I have submitted the part admittance within the 14 days or does the acknowledgement of service allow me to file the part admission and then defence for the disputed amount all within the 28 days?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
