Advice required re the water ingress to a leasehold flat

Hi … not been on this site recently but I need to post a question about my block of flats, mainly leaseholder occupied like myself, where some of us are experiencing ingress of water through the walls of the property and who holds the ultimate liability ( as managing agents are ineffective in resolving the issues ). Where is the best place to post this question please so that I may get the best response? There is a lot more information to add. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest putting it in the housing, property and neighbours area.

Also when you do that, please add the further information which will hopefully help determine who is liable.
