  • Solicitor malpractice help.

    Hi

im after some help on what to do next,

im in the process of buying a commercial property and I appointed my solicitor and started the proceedings with them. I just found out after starting the procedure with them that they have approached a third party to buy the property from under my feet!
Surely an acting solicitor shouldn’t do this sort of thing and was wondering what I should do now.
They know that I know what they have tried to do and we have now disengaged with them.

Any advice on what to do next welcome.

    Cheers.
