  • Eviction Next week - Urgent Mortgage Arrears advice needed

Hello. Im brand new to this forum but hoping to get pratical advice for my mum. She's been very ill for some time now with serious health issues ( backed by medical reports ) as a result and missed some mortgage payments. Received a letter on Feb 4th (dated 1 Feb 2019) saying they requested an appointment for warrant of possession and they had applied at court. Then received another letter on 13th Feb (dated 8th Feb 2019) saying appointment had been obtained and gave an eviction date. Tried calling & left messages on number provided but got no reply. We sent letter with explanation of circumstances + offer of repayment on 14th Feb which they signed for. They purposely didnt reply until 19th saying they want full lump sum and rejected offer made. Have sent in N244 form to court but no response yet and eviction date is early next week. What can we do at this point ?

    Hi there

It seems the proceedings are quite advanced is a warrant has been issued.

Has there been a possession order made and if so was it suspended on payment terms? If so what were the terms?
