Hi I was convinced yesterday to be a Avon rep even though I told the rep no. later in day the area manager called and persuaded me. I've since changed my mind. I'm within the 14 days to cancel. But a credit account was created for me to buy a £30 starter kid. Which has not yet arrived. I was told by customer services based in India and didn't understand me just to refuse parcel delivery. I'm worried if I do this then I won't have proof of return. They also won't remove my details from there system till after 18 campaigns thus is a year. What can i do thank you

You need to WRITE to Avon telling them you are cancelling the credit within the 14 day cooling off period as per Consumer Credit Act 1974 and that you are cancelling the contract within the 14 days provided for by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Send letter 1st class and get free certificate of posting from post office.
