  • Zzps income and expenditure

    Hi,

I received a parking fine and ignored it as it wasn't a pcn. I then got a letter from ZZPS and felt worried by the content. i realise now that I shouldn't of contacted them.

I have made them an offer of repayment and they say they need an income and expenditure form is that correct?

I just want to get them off my back to be honest. The amounts they keep piling on are making my eyes water.

It's not a fine....just an alleged breach of contract (Civil. not criminal.)

        In writing, or via phone?
        .
If it were me I would not contact ZZPS....they are just toothless debt collectors working for the parking co.....who are....?
