  • ANPR PCN

Hi, I have been issued with a PCN from ANPR dated 21st December 2018. I have only just been informed on 12th February 2019. Please could you kindly confirm the timescales between the offence and notification. The PCN has been issued by CPP a member of BPA. Thanks in advance, Colin

Is this a hire or lease car? Was there an alleged ticket on the windscreen

Post up a redacted copy of the PCN but leave the dates.

If there wasa a windscreen ticket then they have 56 days to get the PCN to the keeper
If it is a hire car then they can have up to about 90 days to get the PCN to the Hirer/Keeper.

Edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, indeed remove any reference to the driver.

It may be a company car but do they lease it from another company or do they actually own the car and have their name on the V5?

So you were the keeper of the car. With the PCN was there copies of the lease agreement and a copy of the original NTK sent to the lease company? Is the notice addressed to you or your company? Would help to post up a redacted version of the NTK.
