Hi, I have an issue with regard to my ex husband, who has been declared bankrupt, we had a house, when the house was sold, he received a sum of money from the profit, we had both agreed what he would receive, as he owed me money due to his circumstances before the house was sold. I have since received several emails from a Recoveries Team who are dealing with his case demanding I owe them a large sum of money as my ex husband did not get half of the profit from the sale of the house, I have explained to them the reason why he received the amount that he did, but they are insistent that I owe them the money, I need some advice on what I can do, I do not own a house and have no savings
