Hi,

I had invested to buy a property in Dubai. Now the project has been stopped. What can I do now?

Is there any lawyer who can help me with this?

Hi,

Where had you invested the money, was it with a company based in the UK? If this was a company in UAE or an arrangement with an individual in UAE then you would need advise from someone specialising in UAE jurisdiction.

If this is a scheme with a UK company we may be able to point you in the right direction but we probably need a bit more info on the sort of project this was and what caused it to fail, whether there is any contract etc.

I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.
