Finance with car purchase

Hi 3 weeks ago I took out finance on a car from car finance 247
and today I’ve been told (from doctors) I’m no longer allowed to drive due to illness (which has been quite a sudden thing and wasn’t expected)
can I hand the car back and cancel agreement or what do I have to do
obviously I don’t want to be paying for a car for the next 5 years that I can’t drive any more
many help would be appreciated
