CEL LTD Country Court Claim Form

Hi All,

I have a problem where i am presumably being taken to court by Cilvil Enforcment LTD for apparently parking in a car park for 42 minutes and not paying in a car i used to own, now i have no recollection of this ever occurring.

The worst part is they were sending letters to my old address and i never got any until my ex partner told me about the county court letter which was sent back and i had to call NCCBC who advised there was a claim in place.

I have chosen to defend my case and have requested extra time to file a defence but i require help !

So how do you know some of the details?

So a SAR to CEL demanding all documents they hold about you. Also inform them of your address and they must serve the claim to the correct address.
